RAW MATERIAL
Latex Foam Products are made from Natural Latex, the sap of the Rubber Tree (havea basiliensis).
​This sap is collected, processed and standardized for industrial use.

MANUFACTURING
  1. The Latex is prepared for foaming by removing the anti-coagulant (ammonia)
  2. Various chemicals are added to the Latex before and during foaming in a planetary mixer
  3. The foam is poured into a ready mould. It's here that foam changes into a gel which is vulcanized and cured
  4. The wet and cured foam gel is removed from mold, washed and dried.
  5. The dry latex foam is trimmed and prepared for selling in the market​
